I'm a Fringe Fanatic, X-phile, rock and roller, geek, freelance writer and information addict.



My favorite character from Fringe is Peter Bishop.

I love music, reading, history, science, politics, philosophy, religious studies, social media, the Internet, cooking and eBay. I played percussion in school. I am a big advocate of music education, literacy, historical preservation and women's rights.



My favorite music is hard, Grunge, alternative and classic rock. But I like most anything except for gangster rap and modern country.



Oh, and disco. Gah, my ears bleed... ;)



I'm very picky about television. I don't like so-called reality shows or singing/dancing contests. My joy comes from scripted television shows with intriguing, long-arc stories, and unforgettable characters. The much under-appreciated science-fiction genre often fits the bill. My first love was The X-Files, but Fringe has become my all-time favorite show. Also love LOST, Stargate SG-1, Eureka, Babylon 5; all of the Star Trek Variants -- my fave is Voyager. Miss Firefly...



I read a lot of horror, fantasy and science fiction. I am a big fan of Frank Herbert's Dune series.
