Enter a Cool Fringe Contest from Fringenuity

image

To celebrate the release of Jess Noble’s short film, “Friend,” which stars her father, John, we at Fringenuity are holding a contest.

The theme is “a Friend is.”

Submit a photo of your own, or piece of your art, that conveys your idea of what friend and friendship means to you.

John Noble — as in Dr. Walter Bishop himself — will select the winner!

Read all the details at the following link at Fringnenuity:

You’ve Got a Friend in Me

Here’s the prize: A rare Fringe fan coin that was produced in a mint of 500. These were given to Fringe cast and crew - Fox VIPS, Bad Robot VIPS, and guest actors who were on the show. (Or,  you can choose a  $25.00 Amazon.com GC)

It’s important that as many Fringies (or others, it’s not just limited to Fringe fans) become involved as possible. Would you please reblog this? Thanks, and good luck!

Finally, one for the dynamic father/son duo!

I’ve searched around for one pertaining solely to the Bishop Boys, but I haven’t yet found one, so I decided to create one instead. I really wanted questions that weren’t as generic as “favorite scene” and what-have-you, and while those are in…

Definitely doing this.

Fringe: Emmy Submissions “For Your Consideration”

Check out what appeared on Deadline Hollywood today:

The episodes in the videos are A Short Story About Love, Nothing As It Seems, and Brave New World: Part Two.

Warner Brothers also has their own site promoting Fringe for the Emmys. The full episodes are Welcome to Westfield and Letters of Transit.

I’m really hoping that members of the Television Academy give Fringe a good look. We’d absolutely like to see some Emmys beside those Blue Moon Awards. :)

There is a brave, new world of change in the television industry. Fringe fans have been some of the most enthusiastic in embracing social media to build a vocal community, one that has shown how attentive and invested it is in the show. The Cortexifans have a lot to be proud of.

Since January 13, Fringe fans have gathered in force, using Twitter, Getglue, Facebook, Google Plus and Tumblr to share our love for the show. So, let us raise our collective voices, once more, for the Season 4 finale — not out of a desire to save the loved — but to celebrate the continuation of that love.

#BuildABetterWorld. May 12th, 2012, 8:00PM EST (5:00 PM PST) . Make it trend.
